Todd Campbell, a computer programmer at CARD since 1986, provides programming and technical support for Resource and Environmental Policy researchers. He has provided programs to create and maintain budget, crop, soil, and weather databases and to convert numbers from the databases into input files needed for physical models written outside of CARD, including EPIC, CENTURY, and SWAT (see RAPS for descriptions).
